Terms and Conditions – La Louvie

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the La Louvie online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Product Information

La Louvie makes every effort to ensure that product information, images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.

Obvious errors in product information or pricing are not binding, except where La Louvie is legally responsible for such errors.

3. Orders and Agreements

An order is placed when you accept an offer through the online store and successfully submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

La Louvie may only refuse or cancel an order where there is a valid reason to do so. If an order has already been paid for and will not be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All product prices are displayed in the online store. Any additional costs will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed in accordance with the online store's payment and ordering procedures.

5. Statutory Rights and Warranty

Products must conform to the agreement and meet the legal requirements for quality and usability. You retain all statutory rights available to you as a consumer.

Your statutory rights apply in addition to any additional warranties. La Louvie cannot exclude or restrict these statutory rights.

If you have a complaint about a product or the handling of your order, please contact us at info@lalouvie.com and describe the issue as clearly as possible.

La Louvie will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and in consultation with you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the content of the La Louvie online store, including the logo, brand name, text, photographs and original designs, belong to La Louvie or the relevant rights holders.

This content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, unless permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and agreements with La Louvie are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the country where you reside.

9. Amendments

La Louvie may amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the agreement was concluded, unless otherwise required by law.
